Responsible for solving customer questions and complaints with efficiency and good manner, initially investigating client’s questions and concerns, and doing a record of the special cases if necessary;
Creating/closing Repair Order., summarize and segregate all Repair Order. in a day by different category, Prepare Repair Order. daily/weekly reports; responsible to send required reports & documents & emails to Head Office;
Responsible to send required transmittal reports & documents & emails to Head Office.;
Responsible for accepting, tracking, issuing, or updating the status of repairing/repaired units to the customers.
Do software upgrading and assist Technical Support Assistant to do software upgrading when it’s necessary.
Performs any other task as required by the management.
