How ACE work with the Client (local consultant engineers):
- ACE do not act like a sub-consultant or outsource team, we working under consultant umbrella as a satellite team of our client (local consultant) with a lump sum contract, unless the client wants us a different scenario.
- The local consultant leads the project and double check the output. ACE follow the standards and methods and requirements of the consultant.
- ACE at least assign one person as the ACE coordinator that is part-time or full-time (depending on the type and size of the project) in the consultant office for coordination, follow-up and accountability.
- ACE are very flexible in working with the consultant and all conditions are back to back, so no matter how long it takes until the end and completion of the work, we are respond to the consultant's requests.
- ACE use the latest software and technology, cloud base and online. ACE share the access to all files with the possibility of monitoring the entire work process so that all members work on a common file exchange and the work can proceed simultaneously and in parallel in ACE network and the consultant.
- The whole work planning process has an online schedule by reporting the progress of work weekly and monthly
- The quality and quantity of work is according to the standard and the client requirement.
- ACE have a large variable capacity that the consultant can immediately increase the number of his staff depending on the projects without the hassle of hiring and issuing visa and or at the end of his need without hassle of dismissal and reduce the staff.
- When we work for the consultant on each project, from the first day, the amount of cost and profit of the consultant is clear and the consultant is comfortable because ACE take all the cost risks of the design and documentation of the project.
