The individual who takes up the Executive Assistant position at the Salon de la Sagesse is responsible for the smooth and efficient running and management of the work of the Committee members. More specifically, they will be responsible for:
Keeping track of each committee member’s work.
Being in touch with each committee member about their work, tasks, queries, and more.
Communicating with members about their memberships, questions, etc.
Managing the schedules of committee members.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of committee members (e.g.: executive board).
Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Maintain various records and documents for the Executive Board.

President and Executive Board. More specifically:
Weekly report about internal communications.
Monthly meeting with President and / or Executive Board.
Bi-monthly meeting with the Salon de la Sagesse Committee.
Be available for 4-5 hours a week for the Executive Assistance duties.
Attend all meetings set by Executive Board and Committee.
Potentially attend / take part in additional activities set by the Journal d’Ambroisie, the ACMC, etc. (these include Committee Socials, new project brainstorming Sessions, etc.)
Maximum 5 hours additionally / month.
Boost the reach of the Salon de la Sagesse across all our online platforms, to achieve a global impact.
Additional goals, milestones and timelines will be agreed upon at the start of the Volunteering period. The Executive Assistant should refer to the Committee Agreement and the By-Laws for additional information. For any other necessary communication, they should contact the President and Executive Board, with whom they must - if necessary - verbally agree, or put in writing extra agreements.
