• Providing Technical Support solution to end users (sites/companies with Kaspersky product) by replicating the issues with complete scenario in virtual environment. As per the incidents logged by support engineers.
• Reviewing ACL policies, Application filters(using hash values or special characters), access permissions inside the network(creating trusted zone). Whitelisting/Blacklisting TCP ports. Packet and log analysis for suspicious behaviour like DOS attack and inspecting potential vulnerabilities that may result in improper system configuration, hardware or software flaws or operational issues.
• Creating and reviewing user access rules for Management, staff, IT and Administrators (Higher management) .
• Providing assistance to support engineers for installing security products, disaster management and recovery,migration and upgradation. Web control for restricting sites and Web threat protection to block phishing and malware spreading sites.
