Support 12 Delivery Stations between two Regions, insisting on standard work by providing meaningful feedback to the Senior Leadership teams • Influence the decision making with senior leaders by facilitating discussions with various departments around quality, capacity, people, and cost • Coordinate a team of Operation Managers to drive quality in their own sites. Focusing on different KPI metrics each month as my sites adapt to change. Region has shown improvement and has become top 5 in the Network on all core quality metrics, with 16% improvement overall. • Drive network training on new metric that measures Driver Experience, held informational meetings after the training. Week 6 metric started at 9% and had a 28% decrease the week trainings began. Entire network is currently at 3.02% average. • Champion Cost to Central Atlantic Region: conduct in-depth data analytics of site planning inputs, rate planning, and hours utilized. Discuss findings on weekly call with South Super Region - 98 Delivery Stations.
