Human Resources Business Partner
Organise and steer periodic meetings with respective business units. Introduce and implement succession planning programme. Hold the overall responsibilities for new plant project. Design and deploy all HR policies and procedures. Lead the execution of SAP HR module. Resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective investigations of disciplinary cases. Deliver day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers, such as coaching, career development, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
