• Following up the erection of equipment’s Quality Control (mechanical, piping & welding,), interface with the client, sub-contractor & partner. • Vouching for the good application of erection procedures and specifications on the site • Management of control documents & following up of : calibration, matter certificate, As Built, NDT, Welding book, authorized of welders. • Tests: hydrostatics and pneumatic of equipment (pipes, pressure vessels, Tank….), preparation of tests files for the national registered • Responsible for identifying non-conformities of works and proposed corrective actions ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction. • Equipment preservation inspection. • Mechanical Completion (preparation, drafting and report signing with client and owner). • Preparation of final QC record and turn over to commissioning team. • Preparation and participation in the company new certification ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 (Etterkib 2014). • Non-Destructive Examination (NDE work). Coordination with local authority (ARH MI.DRI.) For qualification of NDT subcontractors. Review of NDT examination (PT, RT, and VT). • Laboratory test Calibration of all kind of instrument. Attending the metal destructive test (traction, flexion, bending, resilience, etc.) for qualification of a welding procedure.
