I am an HR Leader with over 16 years of experience in the sphere of HR, from Recruitment & Selection, Employer Branding, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation Management, to HR Business Partnering. Practical experience of process automation, process definition and lean process improvement. Established the HR function at Rockville Group of Companies, synchronized with the organizational goals, and ensuring that all HR processes ultimately add to the organizational efficacy; independently started the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment & selection) at the Pakistan office of SNL Financial Pakistan, to a team of seven members, while reporting directly to head office in USA.
