I am an HR Leader with over 16 years of experience in the sphere of HR, from Recruitment & Selection, Employer Branding, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation Management, to HR Business Partnering. Practical experience of process automation, process definition and lean process improvement.
