Returns Manager - South
Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations for Returns business function of respective zones. Task 1 : Drive daily regional calls and present returns performance for the zone Task 2 : Guide Regional Business Heads on Returns related issues and provide clear actionable goals to respective teams Task 3 : Manage returns related exceptions: a. Missing items SLP investigation follow-up for respective zone b. Exceptional return requests (beyond return window) Task 4 : Co-ordinate with city business lead (CBLs) and Zonal Managers to resolve any pending returns related issue Task 5 : Analyze returns reasons and identify root cause of increase in returns for respective city Task 6 : In case of any abnormalities for any city, co-ordinate with respective team (FC/ Transport/ Geography/ Category) to identify root cause and fix the same Task 7 : Follow up with CBL, City Transport Lead (CTL), FC Manager to ensure identified actions are implemented. Proactive monitoring of Returns related Zonal KPIs Task 1 : On daily basis, track Returns KPIs for all cities in respective zones. Below mentioned list is indicative and as part of the role you may be required to monitor additional KPIs a. Overall Refund to Sales % b. Full DSR Refund to Sales % c. Partial DSR Refund to Sales % d. Article wise return analysis e. Return reason wise analysis Task 2 : On proactive basis analyze Returns data and ensure that the Returns are below set targets for the respective zone Task 3 : Co-ordinate with city business lead (CBLs), City Transport Leads, FC managers, Regional buyers in case returns are beyond set target for respective city Task 4 : Prepare zonal analysis and report for respective zone Task 5 : Participate in all returns related discussions and present accurate data for respective zone Task 6 : Identify areas of improvements for Returns processes for respective zone and communicate clear action items to all stakeholders.
