I'm Abhishek saini. I'm specialised in Masters of Human Resource Management from 2016, I have one year experience as a Hr executive and six months experience as a Hr Assistant and one part have 3 months as a Sr. Hr executive.. In this different type of industry my Role and responsibilities are Design and update job descriptions, Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates, Screen incoming resumes and application forms, Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person), Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests, Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally, Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits, Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire, Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs, Take follow up of pending Data or addition and deletion, Drafting poster birthday/festival/ Any special day, Salary slip/salary certificate provided as per requirement As per requirment of Department coordinating Hr Letter draft as per requirment, Opening bank A/C for new candidates Id card and PF and ESIC For New employee, Support IT Team, Onboarding & Exit Formalities.
