• Adept at liaising between internal teams and the contingent workforce, addressing employee relations, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and timesheet compliance queries.
• Partner with the Chief Legal Counsel to ensure that employee adverse actions on their background checks and drug tests follow local, state, and federal laws.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for employee complaints involving workplace behaviour and salary, and promote and resolve 40% of issues before escalating to the senior team.
• Maintain employment records (hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions) and manage files, spreadsheets, and databases for all active and inactive personnel.
• Strong communicator who effectively collaborates with Account Managers, Recruiters, and Senior Management to ensure a successful employee experience.
• Advise, guide, and coach managers based on hiring policies and legal consultation regarding employment laws and regulations.
• Work closely with the Compliance team to investigate employee licensing issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of each client’s new hire protocol, including, but not limited to, background check/drug testing/fingerprinting requirements, client-specific documentation, and VMS systems.
• Responsible for recruiting agency providers (AT, NP/PA, EMT, MA, and RN).
• Responsible for streamlining the applicant tracking system, improving documentation accuracy by 90%, and reducing hiring delays by 25%.
