Fluent in English, Dutch, Croatian and good understanding of German language. I am a EU (Dutch) Citizen currently living in Sarajevo (Bosnia) and Split (Croatia).
I am able to help and manage multiple teams within different project phases of the project. From defining the specs and managing a dev team, to helping marketing and sales departments reach their sales goals. I realy love working with creative UI/UIX teams. I believe that sucess of all apps we build today strongly depends on the way the customers use them. Building first class user experiance is one of my favorite parts of every project.
Due to the fact that i started more than a few companies from scratch i know what it means to manage budgets and keep the costs low while focussing on what brings the most value. During my career i always worked closely with CFO and HR departments in order to meet the project deadlines and financial targets. I make fast, yet calulated decisions and i am able to work within fast changing business environments.
In the last two years i have spent most of my time managing Fintech startups, like Volet apps, Multimerchant payment apps, Card to Card payment apps in the Balkan Region.
