Over the last year in my role as a Client Success Director, I have worked with a digital marketing agency for chiropractic offices, I handled over 50+ clients, overseeing their marketing campaigns, and managing the IT, Media buying and Call center team to make sure the clients accounts were running smoothly and being handled correctly. As a client facing resource, I conducted bi-weekly check in calls with all clients with the purpose of reviewing results and numbers, providing support, staff coaching, strategy sessions and providing feedback and overall coaching to make sure we were doing everything to maximize results My daily tasks included onboarding new clients, making sure they completed the steps to fully onboard, guiding them on marketing strategies, coached new clients on how to use our systems and databases, continuously doing proactive research and looking into every clients campaign to ensure effectiveness, attending team meetings and sales huddles, looking for upsell opportunities, reviewing all clients finished and edited content and copy before publishing new ads Over the last 5 years, I have also worked as a support executive for chiropractic offices and retail businesses, managing inbound/outbound calls, cold calling/SMS, managing scheduling and following up with leads created on social media, providing support for patients/clients via email/SMS/chat bot and calls, and taking care of any return/replacement or issue encountered and keeping the dashboard of opportunities updated Customer and sales support for retail business.
