About
My aspiration to promote human rights and democratic values haunted me so that I earned my bachelor’s degree in Law, minoring in Human Rights. Currently I work as an OSCE POiB Temporary Office Clerk, where I maintain phone call and mail correspondence, as well as providing support in issuing PoAs, LoGs, business cards printing and newspapers distribution. Previously, I worked as a Legal Analyst Assistant at the ODIHR/OSCE Election Observation Mission, and previously I worked in the media department of the OSCE ODIHR election observation missions: two times as Media Monitor and as Senior Media Assistant to the Media Analyst, where I monitored election campaign related news, assisted in analyzing information and mission's activities media coverage through reviewing press and TV and reporting to the Media Analyst; drafting press coverage materials, providing with logistical support for press conferences, including identification of participants, participating in meetings and taking minutes, monitoring media coverage and providing a report based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of the election campaign. Besides, I worked as a Legal Consultant and Corporate Lawyer, where I was involved in incorporation of businesses, drafting contracts and provision of legal advice on various business matters. As for volunteering, I was a Bir Duino Media Assistant and AIESEC Media Support Representative: I was promoting their social media pages, assisted in establishing and maintaining of their website. In 2019, I initiated my independent project, which was supported by the Soros Foundation in Kyrgyzstan. I undertook the management of the project in advocating for deaf children’s rights aimed at promoting the right to access information of deaf children by conducting an introduction to child rights training sessions and developing Russian Sign language by organizing a free course for their parents and activist working for people with special needs. I am also involved in the implementation of social projects with PLUS public foundation that are aimed at promotion of deaf and blind people lives' betterment (on eliminating harassment towards hearing impaired women in Kyrgyzstan by developing guidelines on how to be protected from sexual harassment by analysis of the legal framework and review of policies in compliance with human rights and international standards and principles supported by the Soros Foundation, tackling human trafficking among people with disabilities etc. with the support of Winrock International, USAID funded NGO). I have acquired great experience in project planning and gender sensitivity. I have an international experience of participation in human rights events: Service Civil International in Berlin, 2015, Gender Diversity Conference in Madrid, 2017, and Wikimedia for Peace conference in Stockholm, 2018. As I also worked at the Legal and Human Rights Clinics of the American University of Central Asia by monitoring freedom of speech, was a volunteer at the UNDP Trial Monitoring activities within Open Court Project monitoring trials.
