I would like to express my interest in the position of Customer Service Representative, I am an excellent candidate that believes in hard work and dedication which I would like to extend in your company. I have obtained a gamut of knowledge consequent to training I am currently receiving at the University of Commonwealth Caribbean (UCC) in the program Business Process Outsourcing which I am attending to gain my Occupational Associate Degree. This has allowed me to learn how to become a team player and to do my tasks well. I, therefore, learn to be strictly confidential, automotive, and observant. I am goal-oriented, optimistic, and have interpersonal skills that I have gained from my courses currently studying. If you are concerned about me not being able to do my tasks or complete them on time, I assure you that it is not an issue, for I am good at multitasking and thinking accurately.
