About

I am specialized in psychotherapy, counselling and art psychotherapy. I have more than 15 years of experience, working with people, both with individuals and groups. Since completing my postgraduate courses I have been working in several positions in hospitals, associations, organizations, schools/universities, communities and in private practice. This experience has been invaluable in putting into practice the capability to work with people. In particular, I have learned how to respond to a range of people needs and to understand that their behaviour is not usually a rational response to their circumstances. I understood how to manage different situations and create a safe and quiet atmosphere. I learned how enforce rules such as the importance of boundaries, working time, and the confidentiality about the information shared in the working roles. My further CPD courses taught me more interpersonal skills and my capacity to deal with multiple issues and clients needs.
