As I always try to put myself out there and make a passion project out of everything I do, I wrote my MA dissertation about Chinese Gaming Industry following my interest for the gaming field.

I usually work simultaneously on several recruting researches from different clients. After defining the hiring criteria with them, I work closely with the rest of the team to design the search in order to address the client’s specific needs and establish a sourcing strategy. By using social media (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) I proceed with searching, selecting and reaching out prospects candidates. In most cases I work independently, managing my time in accordance with the candidates’ and my coworkers’. Both our customers and candidates are mostly European.
