– Increased orders through the CloudBlue Commerce platform (80K resellers in 25+ countries) by 30% by attracting 3+ providers as a result of: –--- Launching an integration between CloudBlue Commerce (B2B SaaS, PaaS) and Autotask, including preparing and implementing the GTM strategy with the Product Marketing team. –--- Improving integration with ConnectWise (A/B testing onboarding flows via AppCues, etc.). – Fully prepared integrations with a new type of tools (accounting ones: Syncro, QuickBooks, Xero) from negotiation to development and Go-to-Market strategy in 4 months. – Saved several thousand dollars by improving finance plugins (payments, tax, anti-fraud) and disabling old unused plugins. – Increased the revenue through the platform due to introducing several user scenarios for the Orders Approval Engine. – Implemented 3 billing scenarios in 3 months to comply with the new cancellation policies from a software vendor. – Brought 5 candidates to the Product Management team 2 days after an internship program started. 3 of the candidates (Product Manager and Product Analyst interns) passed their probation periods. I mentored a Product Analyst intern and calculated unit economics models with his help. – Coached Support, Marketing, Training, Sales, Accounting, and other teams on my products, prepared marketing materials in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers.

– Launched an integration between a new loyalty service based on cookies, link attribution, and hundreds of partners (MTS Cashback) and the highload MyMTS web and mobile self-serve B2C apps that are the center of MTS ecosystem. –-- Provided 20K+ sign-ups via MyMTS mobile apps (iOS, Android) 3 months after launch. – Improved that integration by experimentation (A/B tests, clickable prototypes testing, cheap MVP launches, etc.): –-- Increased MTS Cashback LTV by 1,5 times. –-- Increase sign-ups to MTS Cashback by 2 times. –-- Increase purchases with MTS Cashback through MyMTS by 3 times. – Integrated a recommendation-based content discovery service to MyMTS that raised average session time by 10%, retention – by 5%, MAU – by 20%, and earned several thousand € revenue from the ecosystem apps. – Saved several hundred thousand € due to stopping recurring monthly spending by initiating and launching an internal tool for tNPS and other polls. The tool was later integrated into all web and mobile apps across MTS. – Mentored 5 newcomers (Product Managers, Product Analysts) who passed their probation periods. – After an internship program opened, I created a job profile for the new Product Analyst Intern role. The intern that I hired had passed her probation period. My boss asked me to mentor and manage one more Product Analyst intern after that.
