Loan Processor
I was contracted through Aston Carter for Navy Federal to work as a loan processor. I managed the process between receiving the loan and working it through until it was ready for underwriting. My duties normally involved contacting clients, retrieving and fact checking data, and following up when necessary to ensure all information for the loan was complete. I was also often responsible for ensuring that the meeting between the client and the notary was also set up after an approval from underwriting was received.

Document Processor
I worked for Blackboard as a chat specialist and later as a document processor. Initially, my duties included helping college-age students with their enrollment process. This included leading them to requested information or talking them through the FAFSA process while still adhering to FERPA guidelines. After my position shifted to document processor, my duties involved families with students in the K-12 range. I was responsible for ensuring schools had students' immunization records, transcripts from previous schools, and other necessary documentation to ensure that the student was able to attend class.
