Alireza Mohebi
Alirreza Mohebi was born on 23, July, 1976 in Qazvin, Iran. He started his works as a calligrapher in 1996 and was instructed by Master Abolhasan Mohasses, Master Ali Shirazi, and Master Gholamhossein Amirkhani. At the same time, he continued his works in Nastali’q script under the styles of Kofi, Sols, Naskh and cursive Nastali’q. He chose Sols and cursive Nastsli’q as his spe¬cial styles. Mohebi has had a wide range of activities in the field of designing, graphics, and painting. He taught art at Imam Khomeini International University for five years, 2002 to 2007 and he decided to find a new meth¬od to present calligraphic works and nowadays he is actively working to create innovative works. And finally he’s the Director and Creator of the first exclusive art gallery (Yaqoot Gallery) in Qazvin, Iran.
