I am a BA Psychology graduate, currently based in Nairobi but ready and willing to be flexible as may be required. I have recently worked as a Customer Service Agent for Game Kingdom Limited where I was able to put into practice and excel my communication skills as well as effectively apply my technical skills in operating Customer Management Relationship systems (CMR) In my recent engagements in work related activities such as when I worked as a junior supervisor and an enumerator, I was able to practice and improve on my communication skills in both written and oral forms. I also demonstrated leadership and the ability to create and work in supportive teams. In my working experience, I have also been able to demonstrate convenient analytical skills as I prepared and presented reports on records of clients’ visits, progress and medication adherence, records of operational fleet and enumeration. Such records were presented through Microsoft excel, word and office applications. I am currently enrolled in a county government project called “Ajira Digital” that offers training and mentorship programs that aim to equip Kenyan youth with digital literacy skills. I am currently engaged in freelancing professional content writing that includes but is not limited to articles, blogs, scripts and copywriting. In addition, I have an active social media-health and wellness page (19ctreats group-on facebook and tiktok) that I use to create and spread mental health awareness. I am confident enough that I am able to competently undertake duties, responsibilities and any other relevant roles that may be required of me should I secure employment in your organization.
