My passion is to analyze marketing performance, pinpoint areas that require improvement and craft and implement a measurable strategy that primarily focuses on the consumer in relation to achieving the business's goals. I build connections that produce loyal customers by researching your ideal consumers to determine their personal pain points, values and interests. On the appropriate social platform, I compose meaningful content that conveys how your product or service is the resolution to a current pain point while incorporating their personal values and interests within the content. I'm a marketer who effectively leads and motivate teams of professionals to optimal performance by focusing on clear team dynamics, listening to and addressing team's obstacles, encouraging creativity, implementing accountability, utilizing software to effectively measure every stage of performance, practicing open communication and by continually seeking further education and training while providing all team members with additional training at a consistent rate to maintain relevance and expertise in industry. Empowered with the mindset to visualize the bigger picture, and equipped with the interpersonal skills to orchestrate internal alignment between the sales and marketing teams. I bridge the gap between the sales and marketing department and oversee their collaboration on a single platform. I accomplish this by providing the sales department with uniformed training, a clear objective, measuring the same KPI's and by developing content for the sales team that clearly shows the consumers' pain points and how the company's product is the solution at every stage of the buyer's journey.
