A man behind all: Legal, feasibility and proposal, financial model and forecast, pricing, operations, SOP, employment, IT transaction setup, SEO strategy with IT, layout, distributor channel, turnaround strategy and liquidation (including legal entity sell-off). Presenter to investors and speaker to align expectations vs. resources. [1] Hospitality: Feasibility (market and outlook, competition, uniqueness to offer and pricing), permits, architect and contractor engagements and financial model for the first modern 5-7 story hotel in a small city. [2] Offline retail: “Anyone can own retail”, re-built confidence during stagnant and all giving up, tripled number of small investors and launched 3 minimarkets. Closed due to Covid. [3] Marketplace: Introduced a halal concept and gained recognition from the biggest lending union in the province. Exited as business economics no longer acceptable (cut loss). [4] Property: Profitably exited despite industry being dormant at low level since entrance.

[1] Examined 3 years loss on affiliate and advised on operational/financial improvements, manufacturing options and realistic actions to save the entity. [2] Introduced tax strategy on another affiliate with added 21% earning and 8% net cash. [3] Resolved overdue 2020+2021 audited entity and parent reports (once deemed un-auditable by two firms), including transfer/divestment and rebuilding statements from scratch on two affiliates. [4] Well convinced appraiser to revalue the asset by 171% - final path to secure a new loan, dealt with bankers to avoid near-default loans and with underwriter on IPO preparation. [5] Bonus: Standardized KPI/cash performance, mentored finance staff and reviewed ERP.
