● Create and maintain record of daily calls received and send reports to the manager
● Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by the manager. Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients as well as inquiries in a timely manner
● Provides the patient with available timeslots as per the hospital's system to ensure full use of the physician timeslots.
● Memorize and follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the Hospital's services and refer to them during calls and to go off-script when necessary
● Identify patients needs, issues, resolve complaints, answering questions, providing information, and providing support to patients in distress.
● Schedules to ensure efficient patient flow based on predetermined appointment availability.
● Receives, directs, and relays telephone calls or messages by communicating and coordinating with internal departments and clinics.
● Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately
● Identify opportunities for driving sales and revenue of the hospital’s existing promotions and seize opportunities to book appointments when appropriate
