- Responsible for the process of determining and accounting flown revenue accurately and in a timely manner so that the revenues reflected in the income statement match the period and routes. - Responsible for the receipting function so that the amounts collected are correctly matched against the receivables and the customer accounts reflects the actual outstanding status and ageing. Also, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounts receivable account and reconciliation. Responsible for the monthly payment partner reconciliations and ensuring timely updation of the files in the accounting system. - Support the TL - Revenue in the preparation of timely and accurate financial accounts in accordance with International Accounting Standards by providing timely and accurate information. Manage the ERP Administration and customization to support the evolving Business processes and initiate system enhancements to improve efficiency and control. - Managing A team of 5 accountants & 3 collectors to detrmain the overdue accounts , collect the due amounts, to insure the delivery of the invoices on time & the statemnet of accounts & to insure solving the problems of the clintes.
