Hi,
I am based in Berlin and I have started my career as a flight attendant in 2017, where I was taking care of customers in the plane.
I then decided to start my customer support career for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
In these years of work I acquired certain skills that I consider being essential for a successful career, like team working, working under pressure, time management, customer care and attention to details.
My promotion to flight attendant supervisor also gave me the possibility to learn how to lead and support a team, delegate tasks, motivate people, and improve all skills that I had previously developed.
I am a fast learner and I am always open to new challenges, which I actually consider essential in order grow and develop, without never getting bored!
