Provide mentoring support to Energy Users Associations (EUAs) on collections, load vending, and recording 30% share of load payments. Lead the update of the beneficiaries' master list, monitor changes, and oversee the deployment of SHLS Units. Troubleshoot organizational and technical issues for EUAs in collaboration with COs. Take the lead in establishing the EUA Federation and achieving watershed protection targets. Interface with local government units for ordinances supporting renewable energy development. Collate baseline data, develop a community-based M&E system, and coordinate the translation of financial management materials.
