I have 4 years experience in HR as an HR Generalist and People Partner and I still enjoy both communication and processes. I prefer to work in dynamic teams and in a fast paced environment I not only survive but find opportunities for myself and my company. I improvise as much as I plan, but I prefer descriptive processes and rely on metrics to make decisions.
I am driven by results, but what really inspires me is the journey - the moments when you come up with an idea, test it, implement it and watch the changes unfold.
I only thrive in teams that understand the importance of a culture of feedback, trust and open communication. I do not thrive on micromanagement.
