About

I'm head of logistics in @eventosmostacho, a pretty renamed event planning company in Venezuela, since 5 years ago. Also, I am the second in charge in @eventosmostacho's sells department, I've worked focused in the importance of customer satisfaction and how to onboard new customers through a good customer service. I have freelance experience translating from spanish to english and vice versa, french is my third language and I'm still practising it to become an excellent french translator. I used to teach english to kids from 5th and 6th grade.

After I majored in 2017, I started to boost my language skills to became a translator. I made thousands of reasearches about grammar, semantics, pragmatics and so many other topics related to languages. Since october from that year I began to design job listings with my info and 2 or 3 examples of some short translations so that people could see I was available as a translator and the quality of my work. This was how started into this world, despite the fact I'm not the most experienced translator, I'm proud of the 86 works I've done through these 3 years. Everything I do, I do it with commitment.

Eventos Mostacho is the Event Planning enterprise in which I learned almost all I know about logistics, sells, customer satisfaction and so many other branches. I was in charge of organising the events and all the concerning details. Furthermore, I was the 2nd in charge in sells department, customer satisfaction and a good customer service were my two cornerstones to learn more about sells, thereby I became a leader into the workteam.
