I am an enthusiastic and curious technical writer with a strong desire to learn new technologies and a passion for improving the customer experience through the documentation that I create. With more than 10 years' experience in both the software and hardware fields, I have worked with different content management systems and editors such as RoboHelp, DITA SDL, Oxygen, MadCapFlare and version control systems like Git. Also worked with Adobe FrameMaker for both structured and unstructured authoring. I have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and also HTML and CSS. I have a keen interest in information architecture and design. My passion for content is coupled with a love for big-picture planning. I don't just want to write, I like to also edit, plan, and implement innovations. I've been working with clients on a contract basis since August 2019.
