Hello and thank you for the opportunity for this position. My name is Andrea Kozett and I’m from El Salvador. To talk a little bit more about my career path, I have worked in the last 10 years as a customer service and tech support on the are of contact center, and currently as project manager. But also have additional experience as a virtual assistant foe the CEO of an outsourcing company located here in the country. I strongly believe that I can be the perfect fit for the job and capable of delivering excellent results. Due I possess skills that are unique, and likely unteachable, which makes me an above average candidate. I’ll be an asset to the company and a perfect fit for the team.
I found my passion for helping people and providing my services when I began contributing to my previous jobs. While there, I combined it with my enthusiasm for writing that is my current hobby. After college, I began freelancing and working on the contact center area for a couple of years that I was able to acquire my knowledge and expertise. I believe this knowledge has also contributed on developing and high results I have created for others. I have received recognition from previous employees as well for my excellent verbal and written communication skills and details oriented mindset. Also, on my time management I can work on multiple projects at once by multitasking skills.
