Program Quality Supervisor
As a Program Quality Supervisor my goal was to ensure that students and families received the highest quality program for both their school and surrounding community. I worked closely with Site Coordinators to ensure that programming reflected the mission and core values of the LEARN Organization, along with meeting specific goals, objectives, and quality standards. I oversaw and managed staff to assure continuous quality improvement and implementation of the organization and its policies, standards and procedures, complied with all school district and funding agency requirements.
On a daily basis I oversaw site-level delivery of programming at all sites I was assigned to supervise ranging from elementary and middle schools to high schools. I built relationships with program stakeholders, program staff, district and school administration, teachers, school day staff, parents and students. I would regularly meet with my team to provide any necessary training or professional development to ensure program quality standards were met.

Personal Vehicle Driver
As a personal vehicle driver I would check in daily with the Route Supervisor where I would receive my route for the day with a varying number of packages. I would sort, load, and deliver packages same day. Upon delivery, I would scan the item and leave any necessary notes. On occasion, I would pick up items, scan, and load them into the computer database. If there were any issues with packages I would inform the supervisor and return packages for delivery at a later date. Issues included, signatures, damaged items, or delivery was outside of business hours.
I would regularly work with several other drivers to assist in delivery of their items to ensure all goods were taken to their destinations in a timely manner.

Education Coordinator
As an education coordinator I was responsible for the training and mentoring of teachers and assistant teachers assigned to me. I worked in a team setting to prepare professional development opportunities for staff to grow and learn the new systems that were being implemented such as zoom conferencing, documentation tools, and resources for ensuring children received the best possible school experience while dealing with the COVID pandemic.
Working with the staff assigned to me I met with them on a regular basis to observe their classrooms in person and virtually, address any concerns they may have in regards to children, families, and resources needed. When required, I assisted with the supervision needs in the classrooms.
On a monthly basis I worked with coworkers to supply families with school materials and activities to continue engagement with families. I kept inventory of the items in stock and what was needed.
