I have over 4 years of experience working as a sales representative for a Japanese clothing company, answering both inbound and outbound calls and responding to messages and comments. Taking care of various social media accounts, posting, and promoting our products to prospective customers. Along with guaranteeing client satisfaction, I also handle selling, billing, and order dispatch.
I've been an administrative assistant for two years, and in addition to helping them manage their social media accounts, I also help them organize meetings, manage their email and calendars, make travel and hotel reservations, update spreadsheets, and perform some data entry work.
Recently, I've worked as a Business Development Representative for Salary.com. We generate leads by calling contacts and qualifying them. If they are qualified, we schedule a meeting with our Account Executive using a calendar. After the calls, we update the CRM notes and send email sequences to the leads.
