I have 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in Agile environments, I am highly versed in bridging the gap between the business stakeholders and the technical team to deliver value and reduce the risks. I have worked in various industries which makes me a fast learner able to hit the ground quickly.
I am mostly using Kanban and SCRUM methodologies, and I am versed in JIRA, Trello and Confluence, as well as MIRO and MURAL. My last work experience during COVID-19 was 100% remote for 14 months which I loved, during which I delivered highly successful projects with new teams working 100% remotely.
I am skilled at conducting workshops, eliciting requirements from stakeholders at all levels, translating them into complex process flows and visual drawings, as well as epics and user stories. I am used to working on multiple projects at once, and working daily within Agile teams, with Scrummaster, Product Owner, designer, developers and testers to deliver projects with the SCRUM methodology (sprint planning, showcases, retros and daily stand-ups), also having daily interactions with various stakeholders in the business to ensure the project’s success.
I thrive in leader-leader flat work cultures where autonomy, psychological safety and work-life balance are high, where great collaboration, empathy and communication are regarded as essential, and where the focus is on delivering value.
After 3.5 years in London and 10 years in Australia, I decided to take a travel break and move back to France to live in the south near the sea. During my break, I attended 4 different 2-day Scrum Alliance courses which helped me add more skills to my toolkit. The next job opportunity I am looking for is a Senior Agile Business Analyst or Product Owner role, 100% in English remotely in an international context.
