I have been a customer service representative for almost 3 years combined both for financial account which were credit card and student loans respectively, I have also been a virtual administrative assistant for over 2 years to an eye clinic. The tasks mainly involve phone calls both inbound and outbound where we cater to customers concerns, schedule/reschedule and confirm appointments. We also follow up on their requests that were received through the website, email, and voicemails in a timely manner to ensure professional services and Upload patient notes to make sure that documents are organized and up to date. We also processed payments and send order request through email, so i think based on my skills and experience i do fit nicely into the role that your looking for.
During my free time besides watching movies I love baking, but I don't think baking likes me at least half as much as I love it, because my brother and sister who are always the judge of my baked goods said that they are edible, which I see as a positive sign. It may not be delicious for now but i think i am almost there. Thank you.
