I want to work in the role of Scrum Master because the essential skills, qualities and attributes needed to perform successfully are the ones I possess. Over the years, the experiences I have gained have enabled me to be effective as a scrum master. I am extremely driven, supportive, adaptable and I hold excellent problem-solving capabilities that enable me to facilitate and lead a team towards its goals.
