I'm a self-starter and I like to plan. In all I do I first start with the analysis of the
critical success factors which serve as a basis for the plan. Then I assess who I
need for the project - team, partners and subcontractors to agree their terms of
involvement. I like to glide from the big picture view to the details (where
needed). During the project completion I focus on problem solving, keeping
things moving and keeping everybody in the loop to resolve arising conflicts
and facilitate mutual understanding.
My most important value added for business is creating and leading effective and motivated teams.
I'm full of energy and believe in success!
