“A philomath who aspires to become a polymath”. I guess that describes me very well.
To put me on the Competence-Confidence graph of the Dunning-Kruger effect, I would be somewhere between the valley of despair and the slope of enlightenment. Constantly learning new things keeps me curious, and enables me to delve deep into any topic of interest.
My strengths include integrity, the ability to empathize, and an open mind to unlearn and relearn. Being too much detail-oriented is one of my weaknesses but has rather helped me excel in my professional life.
I have always been keen on learning problem-solving and process improvement approaches. My present role gives me ample opportunities to hone these skills every day.
