Currently, I serve as an Administrative Assistant at Digitalifters, where I handle vendor selection, purchase orders, and coordination with warehouse staff. My role includes managing shipping schedules, keeping accurate order and payment records, and conducting market research to support cost-efficient decisions. Prior to this, I worked at Hausland Development Corporation as a Purchasing/Payables Staff. In this position, I was responsible for maintaining vendor relations, tracking order accuracy, and overseeing documentation related to inventory and payments. My efforts helped streamline operations and contributed to improved purchasing efficiency. Earlier in my career, I worked at Newmotech Inc. as an Admin Staff, where I managed daily vehicle inspections, clerical tasks, booking inquiries, and daily sales recording. I also supported internal coordination and documentation efforts. In addition to my full-time roles, I’ve gained valuable organizational experience working as a Freelance Event Coordinator. This involved coordinating with suppliers and participants, organizing schedules, and supporting event execution—skills that further strengthened my attention to detail and communication abilities. I am proficient in tools such as Google Suite, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Slack, Asana, and Monday.com, and have a strong command of English. I take pride in being detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable, with the ability to support both in-person and remote teams effectively.
