I have over 5 years of experience working with a giant company called McDonald's
and have been working for the company for 5 past years. I started as an intern, but I quickly found myself on the front lines of management. and I take great pleasure to help individuals help them get the most out of their time and resources. I love being able to provide services that help people meet their goals while making sure they take advantage of what they already have.
I am a leader by nature. I love solving problems and helping people get where they want to go.
I believe that leadership is more than just a title—it's a way of life. When you're in charge, you're responsible for ensuring that everyone is treated with respect, so it's important to me to practice what I preach.
I also love being creative, so when possible, I try to incorporate my passions into my leadership style. For example, during my time at McDonald, I led a team that created an app designed to help us better understand how our customers' needs change over time. We used data from our own customers and other sources to develop the app, which allowed us to identify trends among them and use those insights in our marketing efforts moving forward.
