Virtual remittance Officer
At my current position as a Remittance Officer Payments and Trade Operations with Post Bank Uganda, I am responsible for managing incoming and outgoing RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) and creating outgoing SWIFT messages. I am also responsible for reconciling, invoicing and making monthly reports of field payments of the bank’s partners such as World Food Organization, Red cross, DRC, LWF among others. This has helped me horn and sharpen the necessary skills needed for an efficient execution of customer service and operations functions in addition to being proficient in the operation of Microsoft office software.
