As program enhancement coordinator I worked with teachers to plan and implement a curriculum that was suited to the needs of students. Since the students in question are differently abled it was important to assess and analyse their strengths and weaknesses so that the monthly plans could be made to ensure growth and progress. It was also within my duties to provide remedial as well as counselling sessions to clients and help with parental guidance.
