I a Customer service representative who have been working in a Financial institution from 2019 till date. My experience has inspired me to scale up businesses by managing administrative tasks, solving day to day problems. I learned several works such as email management, basic bookkeeping, customer relationship management, and a touch of content writing across different platforms. In my current place of work I have worked in different departments, from running campaigns on outbound calls, to live chat, to customer email handling and inbound calls which has give me first hand experience on customer relationship. Since the opportunity is scarce in my country, Nigeria, let alone the struggles of daily survival, I am looking for an available remote job as a Customer service representative, where I can grow and have a solid career path.
