As a Recruiter, involved in end to the end recruitment process
• Understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable candidates for different technical positions.
• Source/recruit for contract, contract-hire of IT professionals for clients across all over the US
• Updating consultants about the status of the requirement/ submissions.
• Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting efforts, which include prescreening, coordinating and conducting technical interviews, reference checks, negotiating salaries, job postings, creating, and maintaining employee records and files.
