With over 3000 documents reviewed and an accuracy rate of 90% while also helped newer colleagues from my department. I played an important part in the team because of my results and because of my desire to go beyond my duties by keeping the FAQ pages related to my field up to date, so users would not get confused, I reported an outdated Romanian FAQ page that led to an immediate update. The experience of a Customer Support Specialist at Binance was amazing, I was enjoying so much assisting users with crypto inquiries, helping them with different procedures just as appeals or eligible documents for verification, checking Transaction Hash(TxID) details for deposits or withdrawals, and delivering technical assistance for the application. With a rate of 95% CSAT, I was always looking to push my boundaries and perform better and better while showing a lot of empathy, which makes me your go-to Customer Support agent who understands a great interaction is the foundation of a long-lasting relationship and provides outstanding assistance. As a result of my outstanding skills and exceptional abilities, I was promoted to the position of KYC Analyst.
