That will mean uncomfortable conversations, leading with integrity and embracing real inclusion while still being our authentic and true selves. Not an easy ask but one that I am committed to striving towards every single day.
I spent 5 years client side working at T-Mobile, Vodafone and L'Oreal, where I was responsible for accelerating marketing effectiveness, leading integrated digital marketing strategies, creating multi-channel platforms and media partnerships that spurred revenue growth fostering a culture of accountability.
As EVP, Business Development for Havas Media Group, contributed to the agency winning back to back "Agency of the Year" for both ADWEEK and MediaPost. Nominated by the CMO Club in 2013 as "CMO of the Year" for Cardinal Path in the Marketing Innovations category and named as one of "The Women Driving Chicago's Digital Renaissance" by Built in Chicago. Named to Internationalist Magazine’s Agency Innovator list in 2009 and led Spark Communications to win MediaPost Magazine's 2009 Boutique Agency of the Year award. Graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in History and an MBA in marketing and international business from Loyola University of Chicago.
In 2018 we launched Motive, providing marketing, strategy and media consultancy for progressive candidates, causes, philanthropies and socially conscious enterprises. With the integrated agency offering Motive, we bring world class expertise to the political arena to effect positive change. Our Adopt-A-Candidate program supports first time female political candidates running for political office. We helped elect Democrats in the mid terms and are working hard in the 2020 cycle to repeat our success up and down the slate.
