Our clients are given the opportunity to interview preselected agents according to criteria/industry and experience. Once client has chosen the agent, he/she will have direct access to the agent and to the management via email. Our edge against freelancers and other agencies is we are in one physical office, we have reliable internet connection, we have team leaders, QA officers and IT people assisting our clients and their agents every step of the way. We are known for our quick response program, easily accessible and transparent. If we see that the agent is not fit for the campaign or is not performing as expected, even without the suggestion from the client we initiate a second round of interviews to assure that all our clients are pleased and satisfied with our services. We do not apply or commit to projects that we are not familiar or confident on handling. We are also very straight forward with our transactions and will acknowledge if a campaign is something that we are not confident on handling, to keep a good reputation in the VA world.
