My name is Belal Adel. I’m a third-year Mechatronics Engineering student, and over the past few years I’ve worked in several customer-facing roles, including customer service, barista, fitness coach, and receptionist on a cruise ship. These experiences helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle different types of customers professionally.
I’m genuinely interested in customer service roles because I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making their experience better. I’m also passionate about environments where I can communicate, stay organized, and deliver a positive impact on the customer’s journey.
As for my strengths, I’d say my strongest qualities are clear communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. I’m quick to learn, I stay calm under pressure, and I always focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work. My background in engineering also helps me think logically and analyze situations effectively, which I believe adds extra value to this role.
