Worked in the BPO industry for 4 years handling different accounts is a valuable experience that enables me to develop various skills such as communication, customer service, time management, and problem-solving. It means that I have interacted with clients from different industries, which have exposed me to various types of calls, inquiries, and concerns that enables me to adapt to different scenarios.
Additionally, it would mean that I have learned to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking, attention to details, and accuracy. Although I may not have direct experience in being a virtual assistant, the skills and competencies I have gained in my previous work may be transferrable to a virtual assistant role.
