I started working for an occupational therapy company in australia as an admin assistant. Tasks are, culling documents to prepare them for the OT. Edit photos for report. Process invoice into CRM. Sending emails to lawfirm for documents request na do final edit that involves formatting reports and tables before the reports goes out to lawfirms.
Also I have experience with medical settings, I did part time with a medical clinic in the US which is a data entry position. Tasks would be to update spreadsheets with status of referrals and appointments of patients and also send medical records to lawfirms.
